Welcome to our complaints department, also known as 'Contact Us' by brands that still have hope. Whether you're reaching out about an order, have feedback about our attitude problem, or just need someone to acknowledge your existence, we're here. Sort of.

We actually read every message, which is more than your manager does with your emails. Response time varies based on our collective mental state and coffee levels, but we promise to get back to you before the heat death of the universe. Probably.

LODGE YOUR COMPLAINT

  • RESPONSE TIME

    We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days, unless Mercury is in retrograde, in which case all bets are off. We're faster than your company's IT department but slower than your mounting anxiety.

  • BUSINESS HOURS

    Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. Or whenever we're not in a meeting that could've been an email. We observe all public holidays and several made-up ones for mental health.

  • EMERGENCY SUPPORT

    There are no clothing emergencies. But if you're having an existential crisis about your order, email us with 'URGENT' in the subject line and we'll prioritize your particular flavor of despair.

Where's my order?

Check your email for tracking info. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered, it's probably stuck in the same existential limbo as the rest of us. Email support@deny.au with your order number.

I need to change/cancel my order

Email us immediately at support@deny.au. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can help. If it has, you'll need to wait for delivery and then use our returns process. We understand commitment issues.

Do you do custom orders?

No. We can barely handle the regular orders. Plus, our creative energy is entirely devoted to channeling collective despair into wearable art. But feel free to suggest new ways to express discontent.

Can I return/exchange items?

Yes, within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of existential dread (we supply enough of that already). See our returns page for the full breakdown of our surprisingly reasonable return policy.

We're a small team doing our best in a world that's objectively terrible. We appreciate your patience, your business, and your shared understanding that everything is awful but at least we can look good while we suffer.
